How it all started.
After my successful studies as kitchenchief and after some job stations in Germany, where I practiced as a headleader where I was able to gain experience in catering and gastronomy organization, I ventured 1987 out in resuming the inn run by my father.
Our hotel was built in 1958 by my father, John Schmitz, and in recent years, we rebuilt, enlarged and modernized everything again.
I am always eager to offer all our customers all they wish to have and have an unforgetable stay, an experience as pleasant as possible. I care about every little thing.
